How it works

The program is designed to work multiple energy systems through combining different styles of classes so that you can get the best results possible. Ride classes are paired with either Strength, Barre or Yoga, all you need to do is choose the program that is best suited to your goals. If you would like more specific advice on what is best for you, book a session with one of our coaches to help plan your program. Please note, ride sessions can be done at any of our locations, and barre, strength and yoga take place at our Shoreditch studio.

THE PROGRAMMES

Barre

Our Barre method targets the muscles in the thighs, bum, arms and core to the point of fatigue for a serious, results based workout. The style of movements in a barre workout are all about endurance and will strengthen, lengthen and tone - a perfect blend of challenge and fun.

Yoga

Our immersive classes integrate functional movement with the breath to strengthen, tone, release and rebalance both the mind and body. With a mixture of powerful sequences that target arms, abs, legs and glutes, and soulful sequences designed to restore and revive, you’ll find a flow that works for you.

Strength

Using a combination of high intensity interval training, resistance, and power based exercises, our Strength classes work through the different energy systems to strengthen the body, boost metabolism and build confidence. Expect battle ropes, kettle bells, weights, body weight and TRX.
