Obsessed with movement and sport, Jess began her yoga journey to help manage an injury, but fell in love with many aspects of the practice.
You can expect a creative and nourishing flow to upbeat music that will land you in the moment. Her classes are playful and challenging with an emphasis of drawing in at the beginning to encourage a settled mind. Jess's intention is to help you to re-charge, connect to your breath and create a space where you can let go of anything that isn't serving you - resulting in you feeling energised, revitalised and uplifted.
