We set out to make getting sweaty as easy as possible. All classes can be booked easily and quickly online. No contracts, no hassle. All you need to do is create an account, purchase a credit bundle and book a class at whichever studio suits you best. We ask for your first class that you arrive 20 minutes before class so our reception staff can check you in, help set you up in the class, and show you around the studio. If you would like a tour and or learn more about our classes in advance of your first class visit, please contact the studio and they will arrange a convenient time for you to come in.
Pregnancy Policy for Ride, Barre & Yoga
We have had women exercise with us right up to their due date, however we recommend that you always consult with your physician before participating in the classes at Psycle. It is essential that you notify your instructor that you are expecting so that they can provide you with suitable modifications for the class.
If you wish to participate in Barre classes at Psycle whilst pregnant, we kindly require a physicians note due to the extent of core engagement in the class. It is essential that you notify your instructor if you are pregnant so that they can provide you with necessary modifications.
* If you are new to exercise we strongly recommend that you consult your physician before starting any new exercise regime or fitness program and that they clear you for exercise.
Pregnancy Policy for HIIT
Our HIIT class is not suitable during pregnancy due to the high volume of plyometric training and maximum exertion during the class, however our barre classes provide a great alternative for strength training during pregnancy.
To book into any class you need credits on your account. One class equals one credit. You can purchase any credit bundle from the ‘Buy Credits’ page. You can also set up ‘Auto-Top Up’ so you never run out of credits.
For 90 minute rides, 2 credits will be required.
Our timetable for the week opens every Monday at 12PM to the following Tuesday. You can book a class up to 30 minutes before a class starts, after 30 minutes you will have to add yourself to the walk-in waitlist in the studio.
checking into class
We ask you that you have arrived and checked in at the studio at least 4 minutes before your class time. If you have not checked in by this time, your booking will be released to the walk-in waitlist. Don’t forget to arrive with enough time to pre-order your smoothie!
Once the studio door is closed we cannot allow you into the class under any circumstance.
working out with friends
You can book yourself and up to 3 friends in any one class. If you would to book more than 4 spaces in any one class please contact the studio to arrange a private ride.
If a class is full, you can opt to join the waitlist. You do not need a credit to join a waitlist. As spot become available they will be automatically allocated to the waitlist on a first come, first served basis. If you do not have a credit in your account at the time that a spot becomes available you will not be allocated a spot.
If a bike becomes available within 2 hours of the class start time (up until 30 minutes before the class start time), everyone on the waitlist will be sent an email asking if they would like to accept the booking with a link to accept - you must click on this link to secure your spot.
If you wish to get a spot in a full class you must let Front of House know at reception that you would like to be added to the walk-in waitlist. You can only be added to the walk-in waitlist in studio, not via email or phone. Available spaces will be released 4 minutes before the start time of class and are allocated on a first come first served basis.
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Your credits will be refunded if cancel your booking 12 hours or more before the start time of your class. If you cancel your class with less than 12 hours notice up until 30 minutes before the class is due to start, your credit will only be returned to your account if someone is able to take your space. If we are unable to fill the class, you'll lose your credit.
move list - ride classes
This is for our RIDE classes ONLY. At check-in if you would like a bike closer to the front of the class, let a member of our team know and they can put your name on the Move List. At 4 minutes before the start of class we will begin allocating any available bikes to anyone on the move list. You must remain at reception for you to be allocated a bike.
For our RIDE classes, cleated shoes are used by everyone during the class. We provide shoes free of charge or you can bring your own LOOK KEO cleated shoes.
amenities and water
A workout towel will be waiting for you on your bike or at check-in for our Barre, Hiit & Yoga classes. The changing rooms are stocked with huge bath towels, so you are covered there! Our changing rooms and showers are stocked with Sachajuan hair and body products with plenty of hairdryers and straighteners.
Staying hydrated when you exercise is vital. We provide water stations outside the studios for you to fill up your bottles, or you can buy bottled Belu water from reception.
