GLIDE & SCULPT
More cardio, more core, more control. With gliders and resistance bands testing your form and focus, this 45-minute class takes Barre to the next level. Sure it looks simple - but it’s seriously challenging. Go on - get ready for the glide of your life.
DEEP BURN
One for the committed Burners out there, this advanced class takes the intensity higher and the burn deeper. Expect longer holds, heavier weights and no rest. You’ll need to have completed 30-40 regular Barre classes before contemplating it. Still keen? Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
ABS & ARMS
Lean arms, sculpted shoulders, a stronger back and a tighter core - this upper-body blast targets all the places we love to see a little extra definition.
