To help you stay strong and motivated through this period, we’ve created Feel Great in 28. Feel Great in 28 is our commitment to movement over the next 28 days, following three principles: tone, sweat and revive.

HOW IT WORKS

Over the next 28 days, commit to moving six times per week with three tone, two sweat and one revive workout. 

3 x TONE

These workouts will target muscular strength and conditioning to sculpt your body, build lean muscle and improve confidence. Any of our Barre or Strength workouts are suitable (excluding Cardio Barre and Met-Con). 

2 x SWEAT

These cardio-based workouts will increase your metabolism, strengthen your heart health and help combat stress through the release of positive, mood-boosting endorphins! Suitable Psycle workouts include Met-Con, Cardio Barre or any Ride. You can even take it outside by going for a run. Click here to view our instructors' Spotify playlists.

1 x REVIVE 

It's important that we make time to allow the body to relax and restore. Any of our Yoga or Meditation classes are suitable.
