FEEL GOOD FEBRUARY

FOUR CHALLENGES GUARANTEED TO MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD

This February, we’re challenging you to feel your best.

Whether you’ve been wanting to improve your sleep, increase your strength or boost your mood, we’re going to help you get there with one of our four Psycle At Home video series.

Check out the challenges below and get ready to feel great. Plus, when you complete the full class schedule, you’ll be entered for a chance to win a home studio bundle, including weights, a barre kit, yoga mat and more!

No bike? No problem. Just substitute any Ride workout with a Met-Con, HIIT & Abs or Cardio Barre class which are easy to search for in our Class Finder.

TORCH & TONE

DESIGNED BY MARIA, CO-HEAD OF BARRE

10 Barre, 4 Ride, 3 Strength, 3 Yoga

Barre is a fantastic way to increase strength and tone without adding bulk. It creates long, lean, balanced muscles, and works into every plane of the body to target areas that are prone to holding onto excess fat, like the hips and inner and outer thighs. Combining this with Strength, Yoga and cardio will leave you feeling stronger, leaner and more confident than ever!

BOOST YOUR MOOD

DESIGNED BY ALANA, HEAD OF RIDE AND YOGA INSTRUCTOR

10 Yoga, 5 Ride

This mixture of cardio and Yoga is pure bliss. You’ll get a huge surge of positive energy from cardio, while Yoga combats stress and calms the nervous system, allowing you to feel grounded, clear, and confident. The two disciplines provide the perfect combination of positive energy, motivation and resilience.

ENHANCE STRENGTH & BODY COMPOSITION

DESIGNED BY RYAN, HEAD OF STRENGTH

12 Strength, 4 Barre, 4 Yoga

Strength classes are the foundation of this challenge and will help you build muscle and improve strength, endurance and power. Combining this training with Yoga and Barre will help boost your metabolism, improve your mood and allow you to focus on targeting your smaller accessory muscles too.

IMPROVE SLEEP

DESIGNED BY CHRIS, CO-HEAD OF YOGA

8 Strength, 8 Yoga, 1 Meditation

High-intensity strength and conditioning work will increase muscular fatigue, while Yoga will rebalance and release tension in the body to optimise sleep potential. A mixture of Strength and Yoga will also help increase your heart rate variability, lower your resting heart rate and stimulate the PNS branch of the nervous system.
