RIDE

We believe the bike, the beat, and the instructor are a unique combination — together they push you, ignite you and free your mind like nothing else can. Designed to push beyond the limits of the average spin class, Ride immerses you in the energy of the room to bring you an unrivalled mind-body experience.

BARRE

Our barre classes are designed to sculpt your body, boost your metabolism, and challenge your mind. Through a series of challenging combinations, we strengthen the muscles in your legs, bum, arms and abs to leave you feeling leaner and longer. Our classes use gliders, bands and weighted balls to engage you in a controlled and powerful full-body workout that increases muscle definition, burns body fat and reduces stress.

REFORMER

Take the core principals of classic reformer. Add more power, intensity and dynamism (not to mention a banging playlist).

STRENGTH

Using a scientific approach to fitness, our 45 minute Strength classes boost metabolism and maximise the body’s hormonal response to exercise. With smaller class sizes and intelligent programming, we focus on building strength, endurance and confidence while improving your technique and skill. Using functional training, HIIT, circuit-based cardio and resistance training, each class has a different focus to help you progress and avoid plateaus.

YOGA

Yoga at Psycle blends classic yogic movement and philosophy with the uplifting power of music and the breath. Ideal for escaping everyday distractions and rebalancing your day-to-day life, our classes help you align your mind and body so you leave feeling stronger, happier and calmer.
