Apparently, January 17th is officially Blue Monday – the day when low mood and low energy seriously set in. But here at Psycle, we believe in championing every emotion, feeling and action, no matter what day of the week it is – and that’s why we’re saying no to the blues and yes to feeling powerful, today and every day!

Our 10-day Blue Monday programme is here to celebrate the vibrant flow of physical and mental states we go through each day. Think of it like your favourite feel-good playlist or go-to mood-boosting meal – here to lift your spirits, shift your perspective and put a big Psycle smile on your face. 

Day 2 - Yoga On Demand

Tuesday 18th January

FULL BODY FLOW with Gemma. This practice follows the rhythm of your breath in a steady and balanced flow. Equal parts strength, length and release, it promises to leave you feeling open in mind and body.

Day 3 - Strength Live

Wednesday 19th January

Get your burn on in BOOTCAMP with Ryan. Using a scientific approach to fitness, our Strength classes boost metabolism and maximise the body’s hormonal response to exercise

Day 4 - Yoga Live

Friday 21st January

FLOW with Mai. This practice follows the rhythm of your breath in a steady and balanced flow. Equal parts strength, length and release, it promises to leave you feeling open in mind and body. Push yourself to new yogi limits.

Day 5 - Ride Live

Saturday 22nd January

Jump on the bike with Alvin. Designed to push beyond the limits of the average spin class, Ride immerses you in the energy of the room to bring you an unrivalled mind-body experience.


No bike? Head out for a walk or run or join us in one of our studios for a sweat.

Day 6 - Barre Live

Monday 24th January

Target your arms and abs in a focused session with Psycle guru, Josh. Abs & Arms targets your core, arms, back and shoulders to shape, strengthen and stabilise your upper body. Through a combination of dynamic core sequences and exercises designed to burn out your upper body, this class will define your abs, shape your back, sculpt your shoulders and create long lean arms.

Day 7 - Strength On Demand

Tuesday 25th January

Go 12 Rounds with Ollie (30min) for a total body challenge with DB. Focus on building strength, endurance and confidence while improving your technique and skill

Day 8 - Ride On Demand

Thursday 27th January

Clip in for an intense, 20-minute Ride with Ollie. Designed to push beyond the limits of the average spin class, Ride immerses you in the energy of the room to bring you an unrivalled mind-body experience.

Day 9 - Barre Live

Friday 28th January

Raise the Barre with Beth in a challenging live session. Through a series of challenging combinations, we strengthen the muscles in your legs, bum, arms and abs to leave you feeling leaner and longer.

Sunday 30th January

Save the date - Special Live Event
