14-DAY Strength Challenge

Our two-week Spring Strength challenge, which is here to help you improve form, build muscular endurance and enhance your overall body composition. Expect to tone your core, optimise your recovery and build towards your best performance yet, with a combination of strength training, high-intensity effort and recovery.

What to expect:
Monday: Bodyweight Met-Con (live)
Tuesday: REST
Wednesday: Bootcamp: Total Body with dumbbells (live)
Thursday: Strong & Lean: Lower Body
Friday: REST
Saturday: Strong & Lean: Upper Body with dumbbells
Sunday: REST
Repeat!

Day 1: Bodyweight Met-Con (live)

Start your challenge with a fiery 30 minute Met-con with Ryan. Our sweatiest, most explosive class - This high intensity training will make you sweat from start to finish, leaving you feeling strong and empowered.

Day 3: Total Body Bootcamp with dumbbells (live)

Day 3 of your challenge, Liam will slow it down for this Bootcamp workout. Using a combination of dumbbells and dynamic bodyweight moves, bootcamp is a full body, explosive workout which will leave you feeling the best, strongest version of you!

Day 4: Strong & Lean: Lower body

Tighten up and buckle in, this one’s going to burn the upper body. With a focus on resistance, time-under-tension and powerful strength moves, this is our signature muscle-building class – and it’s here to keep you lean, toned and ready for anything.

Day 6: Strong & Lean: Upper Body | Dumbbells

Tighten up and buckle in, this one’s going to burn the Lower body. With a focus on resistance, time-under-tension and powerful strength moves, this is our signature muscle-building class – and it’s here to keep you lean, toned and ready for anything.

DAY 8: Bodyweight Met-Con (live)

Second week of your challenge starts with your Met-Con Monday. Our sweatiest, most explosive class - This high intensity training will make you sweat from start to finish, leaving you feeling strong and empowered.

Day 10: Total Body Bootcamp with dumbbells (live)

Day 10, another round of Bootcamp.  Using a combination of dumbbells and dynamic bodyweight moves, bootcamp is a full body, explosive workout which will leave you feeling the best, strongest version of you!

Day 11: Strong & Lean: Lower Body
