The Energy Project is a dynamic transformation programme that has been designed to increase energy, improve strength, and help you achieve your goals through one to one coaching and a personalised suite of classes.

With so many different ways to train, it can be challenging to understand how to structure a programme that will give you the results you crave. The Energy Project was created with this in mind, and is designed to provide guidance, support and show you how good your body is meant to feel. We understand that goals and strengths are unique to each individual, which is why we tailor our programmes to address both physical and emotional goals - so whether you’re looking to combat stress, increase energy, improve mood, transform your body or train for a specific event, The Energy Project offers you a personalised solution.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
• 1:1 consultation with one of our coaches to discuss nutrition, lifestyle and goals
• 5 workouts per week for 8 or 12 weeks
• Basic nutrition guidelines & supplement recommendations
• 1:1 email support from your coach
• Face to face check in with your coach every 4 weeks
• Weight & measurement tracking (optional)
HOW IT WORKS
Once you’ve purchased your programme, you’ll be prompted to contact one of our coaches to arrange an initial consultation. After your consultation, your coach will set up your training programme and nutrition guidelines and you'll be ready to go!
