INVERSIONS & ARM BALANCES WORKSHOP
Crow, flying pigeon, handstand and headstand. Ever heard these positions offered in class, but not quite sure how to do them? It’s time to learn! We’ll warm up the body before diving into helpful tips and tricks to help you build strength and gain a deeper understanding of arm balances and inversions.
There will be time to play and work on variations (no matter what level you’re currently at within your practice). It’s recommended to have at least 6 months of consistent yoga practice to get the most out of the session.
