Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative assets for marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, paid media, website and app.
  • Support the Social Media Manager designing graphic social content for organic and paid social.
  • Produce in-studio artwork including posters, vinyls, signage, retail displays and event collateral.
  • Design assets for brand partnerships, product launches, seasonal campaigns and member communications.
  • Prepare artwork for print, ensuring files are production-ready, and liaise with printers where required.
  • Develop creative concepts alongside the Marketing team, translating briefs into high-quality design that stays true to Psycle's visual identity.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, working collaboratively across the wider team.
  • Organise and maintain design assets, templates and brand libraries.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • 3+ years experience in a graphic design role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design and campaign work.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom.
  • Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience preparing artwork for both digital and print.
  • Experience creating simple motion graphics or animations in After Effects.
  • Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise across multiple projects.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to think commercially, using design as a tool to deliver tangible results, with confidence reporting on the impact of design and campaign performance.

Desirable

  • Experience editing short-form video content using Premiere Pro or CapCut.
  • Experience working within premium lifestyle, hospitality, fitness or retail brands.
  • Understanding of current social media and design trends.
  • Experience using Figma.
