We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at feedback@psyclelondon.com with full details of your order. We will advise instructions on how and where to send your package. Psycle does not cover the costs of postage returns. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of having received the returned item.

Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
We hope you love your order. However, if there is any issue with your item(s), please contact us at feedback@psyclelondon.com as soon as possible so we can resolve this for you.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), socks and water bottles. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like any assistance, please contact us at feedback@psyclelondon.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and if the refund was approved. Your original payment method will be automatically refunded once approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We aim for your refund to be with you in 14 days.
Liability
If informed Immediately of the error in the address provided, we will make effort to correct the address, however, there is no guarantee this will be possible. It will be the customer's responsibility to contact the delivery service and/or recover the parcel from them or the address delivered to.
Missing & Non-Collection
If delivery is attempted unsuccessfully and you do not collect your parcel from the local postal service, it may be returned to us after some weeks. If you have not collected the parcel or informed us of a missing parcel outside of the time scales provided, it will be only when it arrives back to our logistics company that we can either resend or refund you. In the case of re-sending, we will apply a shipping fee and in the case of a refund, we may deduct any shipping/return costs incurred.
It is your responsibility to track your order and notify us if it does not arrive - within 14 working days.
