/// OUR PRINCIPLES

MORE THAN JUST A WORKOUT.

We go beyond the physical. We’re a boutique fitness brand focused on how you feel - the shift in your energy, the strength you build and the mindset you carry long after you leave the studio. Our seven workouts - Ride, Reformer, Barre, Lift, Infrared, Yoga and Lagree - move across cardio, strength, mobility and recovery, bringing balance to the way you train.

/// OUR WORKOUTS

HOW WE TRAIN

Our workouts are designed to train both your body and your mind. They build strength, improve mobility and support a stronger mindset beyond the studio. Each class is led by expert coaches and built around purposeful training, helping you move better, feel stronger and stay consistent.

RIDE

Our signature workout. A music-led, rhythm-based, low-impact cardio workout that uses resistance, endurance and sprint work to build intensity. It's full-body and develops stamina, lifts your energy and clears your mind.

EXPLORE

REFORMER

A resistance-based Pilates workout on the Reformer bed. Precision-led and form-focused, it builds strength, improves how you move and strengthens your mind-body connection.

EXPLORE

BARRE

A low-impact, high-rep strength workout using small, controlled movements. It sculpts, tones and builds muscular endurance while training your mind to stay in the work.

EXPLORE

LIFT

A progressive, weights-based workout focused on building full-body strength. Designed to improve performance, increase power and build confidence through challenge.

EXPLORE

INFRARED

Training in deeply penetrating heat. It increases intensity, supports recovery and leaves you feeling stronger, clearer and more restored.

EXPLORE

YOGA

A blend of dynamic and restorative flows. Each session improves flexibility, mobility and balance while helping you slow down, reset and recover.

EXPLORE

LAGREE

A slow, controlled strength workout on the Megaformer. Built around time under tension, it pushes muscles to fatigue and demands total focus, building deep strength and resilience.
