RIDE

Our signature cardio experience on a bike. Low impact, high intensity and synced to the rhythm of the music. Designed to strengthen body and mind, Ride builds endurance, floods you with feel-good energy and leaves you feeling lighter.

BARRE

A low-impact workout that tones, sculpts and challenges from the inside out. High reps and form-focused holds fire up stabilising muscles for strength, posture and endurance that lasts.

Infrared Sculpt intensifies the workout, using gentle heat to deepen muscle activation and boost circulation.

REFORMER

Intelligent strength training that starts from the core. Using controlled resistance on the reformer bed, you’ll build deep strength and improve alignment. Precision-led, form-focused and designed to make your body work better.
