We offer two membership options:

• Foundation Memberships with a 3-month minimum term

• Longevity Memberships with Healf with a 12-month minimum term

Both are available in 5, 10, 15 or Unlimited (30) classes per month, with the choice of Single (can book 1 space per class) or Social (book up to 2 spaces per class).

• Single memberships allow you to book 1 space per class

• Social memberships allow you to book up to 2 spaces per class, so you can bring a friend

• Foundation memberships have a 3-month minimum term

• Longevity memberships have a 12-month minimum term

Upgrading or changing your membership will not start a new minimum term aligned to your new plan.

Memberships are billed monthly in advance to the card saved on your account. Please ensure your payment details are kept up to date. Your membership will not be subject to any price changes in the first 12 months, and thereafter may be subject to price changes from time to time.

Yes. You can pause your membership for free, one month at a time, up to two pauses per rolling 12 months. Pauses cannot be taken consecutively and must be requested at least 48 hours before your billing date. During a pause, you will not be billed and no credits will be issued. You can still attend classes by purchasing discounted member top-up credits. Any paused month will extend your minimum term.

No. Membership credits must be used within the current billing period and do not roll over.If you run out of credits, members can purchase exclusive discounted top-up credits, which expire one month from purchase.

If you need more classes within your billing month, you can purchase discounted top-up credits. These are exclusive to members and expire one month from purchase.

• Social memberships can book up to 2 spaces per class

• Single memberships can book 1 space per class

To book additional spaces beyond this, top-up credits are required and will allow you to book a total 4 spaces per class (including membership bookings).

No. Lagree runs on separate Lagree credits due to its specialist nature. Members have access to discounted Lagree credits.

A Longevity membership is our 12-month membership option, created for those who train regularly and want to support their long-term wellbeing, not just their workouts.

It combines consistent monthly Psycle classes with personalised health insight from Healf, so your training can evolve alongside how your body feels, recovers and performs over time.

Longevity memberships include access to Healf Zone Testing. Healf Zone Testing is a clinically validated at-home blood test, followed by a one-to-one consultation with a doctor. It provides insight into markers linked to energy, recovery, sleep, mood and long-term health.

You’ll receive a personalised Zone Report after your first test, followed by a consultation with recommendations to support how you train and recover. A follow-up test and consultation take place six months later to track progress.

Testing is included or discounted depending on your membership tier.

• Unlimited (Single & Social): Complimentary bi-annual testing

• Psycle 15: 50% off testing

• Psycle 10: 20% off testing

Psycle 5: 10% off testing

After 12 months, the membership continues on a rolling monthly basis at the Longevity rate unless you request a change. Healf Zone Testing is included for the first year only.

Extended booking gives members priority booking access to the timetable, so you can secure your favourite classes before anyone else.

Psycle 10 members get 2 days extended booking, meaning you can book classes up until the following Thursday.

Psycle 15 members get 3 days extended booking, meaning you can book classes up until the following Friday.

Psycle Unlimited members get 8 days extended booking on top of our standard booking window.

We're sorry to see you go! You can cancel your membership after the minimum term via your My Psycle account.Cancellations take effect from the next billing date. Once payment has been taken, it cannot be refunded.

Credits can be used at all of our studios*, unless otherwise specified. Some classes, like our '90 Minute Ride’, require two credits to book.

*Please note, standard credits are not valid on Lagree

Credits purchased as part of Credit Packs will expire;

a) if part of the 3 credit introductory offer, 3 weeks from purchase

b) if part of the 2 week unlimited introductory offer, 2 weeks from purchase

c) if a Credit Pack of 1 Credit, 1 month from purchase

d) if a Credit Pack of 3 Credits, 2 months from purchase

e) if a Credit Pack of 5 Credits, 3 months from purchase

f) if a Credit Pack of 10 Credits, 6 months from purchase

g) if a Credit Pack of 20 credits, 9 months from purchase

h) if a Credit Pack of 50 credits, 12 months from purchase

Credits purchased for the Digital Studio will expire;

a) If a single Credit Pack, 1 month from purchase.

b) Once you have started a class using a credit, you have 48 hours to finish that class. Expiry means that on and from the expiry date, you will not be entitled to use an expired Credit to purchase Services. You will not be entitled to receive any refund in relation to any expired Credits.

Credits cannot be extended beyond the expiry dates agreed at the time of purchase, unless we in our discretion agree to do so in exceptional medical circumstances.

The 3-class Starter Pack is valid for 3 weeks, and the two-week Unlimited Experience is valid for 2 weeks. Please note, these credits cannot be extended after expiry.

If you have purchased the two week unlimited intro offer and miss a class you will be charged a £15 no-show fee. For late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class), an £8 charge will apply. If you cancel a class more than 12 hours in advance, your credit will be returned to your account for future bookings.

If you can't make a class, please cancel at least 12 hours prior and we’ll refund your credit to your account.

If you cancel less than 12 hours before a class we will not refund your credit.

If you have a membership or have purchased the two week unlimited intro offer and miss a class without cancelling, you will be charged a £15 no-show fee and your credit will be returned. For late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class), an £8 charge will apply and your credit will be returned.

Cancellation forgiveness applies to the following standard memberships (this does not apply to studio specific memberships):

- Psycle 15 members, the first late cancellation each month will be automatically forgiven. You won’t be charged the fee, and your credit will still be returned. Please note this only applies to late cancellations, not no-shows.

- Psycle 20 members, the first late cancellation each month will be automatically forgiven. You won’t be charged the fee, and your credit will still be returned. Please note this only applies to late cancellations, not no-shows.

- Psycle Unlimited Single members, the first late cancellation each month will be automatically forgiven. You won’t be charged the fee, and your credit will still be returned. Please note this only applies to late cancellations, not no-shows.

- Psycle Unlimited Social members, the first two cancellations each month will be automatically forgiven. You won’t be charged the fee, and your credit will still be returned. Please note this only applies to late cancellations, not no-shows.

If you cancel a class more than 12 hours in advance, your credit will be returned to your account for future bookings.
