How many customers can I refer?
You can share your referral link with as many new customers as you like. They must be a brand new customer to Psycle and not have previously created an account or purchased from Psycle.
I've shared my code but haven't received my reward
Our referral programme is only applicable to new customers. If you refer a customer who already has a Psycle account or has already purchased from Psycle, neither of you will be eligible for rewards. If you think you have made a valid referral but not received your reward please contact feedback@psyclelondon.com
How do I see my rewards?
We automatically issue your rewards when you complete your purchase. Your free credits will be visible in your account as soon as the customer you refer completes their purchase.

How long are my free classes valid for?
Free class credits are valid for 30 days from the date they are added to your account. You will receive an email to inform you when the credits have been dropped into your account.
