We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly organised Studio Manager.
As Studio Manager, you’ll have full ownership of the studio’s day-to-day operations, leading a large Front of House team and working closely with Head Office and instructors to deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. You’ll be responsible for people leadership, operational standards, performance management, rota planning, and ensuring the studio runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently at all times.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Studio Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step into a leadership role. You’ll lead, coach, and inspire a passionate team in a fast-paced, high-profile environment, while playing a key role in shaping culture, driving standards, and contributing to the success of one of Psycle’s most important studios.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Studio Operations
- Oversee daily studio operations including people, retail and facilities
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure studios run smoothly and efficiently
- Conduct regular studio walkthroughs and inspections to ensure facilities are maintained to a high level and studios remain compliant with H&S regulations
- Oversee the daily checklists and maintenance logs completed by staff to ensure maintenance issues are escalated correctly and resolved quickly
- Be responsible for managing stock levels, and stock ordering
- Manage and drive studio performance by analysing studio weekly analytics, working towards budgets/KPI targets set
Team Leadership
- Hire, train and nurture a strong team
- Continually provide coaching, feedback and follow through to drive morale, engagement, happiness, knowledge, confidence and skill set
- Provide effective team/performance management by holding regular staff check ins, team meetings and assessments
- Build creative team initiatives to ensure strong brand engagement from employees
- Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure we retain talent and focus of progression and upskilling individuals within the company
Community Marketing
- Build strong relationships with the local community to drive new business into the studios as well as working on offering our community exclusive benefits
- Work closely with the internal marketing team coming up with ideas to better promote the studio/offerings
- Manage and drive studio performance by analysing studio weekly analytics, working towards budgets/KPI targets set to focus on areas of the business where you can drive revenue/retention

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of proven ability leading people in a management role
- Has proven experience managing operations
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Great time management and communication skills
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Usual working hours will be between Monday to Friday but you will need to be flexible with your schedule on these days and may include occasional weekends. Working hours will be based on business needs but can start as early as 5:45am and run as late as 9:30pm.
