WEBSITE MANAGER

Psycle is a boutique fitness business with four sites across London. Having recently migrated to a new CMS and launched their online platform, Psycle At Home, the company's aim is to bring their in-studio magic and infectious energy into people’s homes.

We are looking to hire a website manager with an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC). To ensure success, our website manager must display an excellent understanding of content management systems (CMS), analytics (Google Analytics, Metabase and Hotjar) and have an understanding of HTML and CSS. Top candidates will be comfortable troubleshooting the website and constantly improve the User
Experience (UX) of the website.

Website Manager Responsibilities: 

-Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade Psycle's website.
- Support our Website Co-ordinator with responding to and troubleshooting all website issues and website security breaches 
- Manage relationship with our third party CMS and Website agency
- Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information. 
- Create appropriate website content aligned with the organisation’s strategy. 
- Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
- Improve the User Experience of the website regularly. 
- Collaborate with all of the team to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organisation’s standards. 
- Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.
- Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites. 
- Conduct training sessions with the team educating the wider business on the CMS 
- Line manage and mentor our Website Coordinator 

Website Manager Requirements: 

- 4+ years of work experience as a website manager. 
- Expert knowledge of Shopify and Content Management Systems.
- Highly proficient in HTML, CSS design 
- Demonstrable skills with web analytics: Google Analytics, Hotjar, Metabase
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills. 
- Excellent content creation and writing skills. 
- Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multitask

JUNIOR MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a confident Junior Management Accountant to join our finance team.

Psycle is a boutique fitness group with four sites across London. We also have a digital platform, Psycle At Home, which has enabled us to bring the infectious energy of our studios into people’s homes.

Your Responsibilities 

Financial Control & Management Accounting
- Preparation of month-end and year end management and financial accounts 
- Assist in preparation of the statutory accounts 
- Invoice processing, and preparing and processing payments runs
- Supporting the external audit 
- Submission of monthly VAT returns 
- Regular balance sheet reconciliations

FP&A
- Preparing, analysis and circulating weekly and monthly sales reporting
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Assisting with business analysis and other ad hoc duties as require 

Team
- Build financial literacy across the wider business.

About you

- 2 years finance experience, part qualified accountant 
- Experience with Sage50 is essential 
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills

Studio

ASSISTANT STUDIO MANAGER, Clapham

+30 hours per week

We are looking for a dynamic and bright Assistant Studio Manager for our flagship studio in the heart of London.

You will have strong people management skills and have experience helping to manage a
large team in a busy environment. You are unflappable under pressure and have the ability to adapt and reprioritise quickly.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is already an Assistant Manager in a small
team or an experienced team leader who’s looking for their next challenge.

Job Summary

Managing a team of 25+ employees, a busy timetable of classes for all four of our concepts and an ever challenging business makes this role at Psycle an incredibly rewarding career. As an Assistant Manager, it’s your job to support the Studio Manager in overseeing care and quality control of staff and business operations. Your role is all about seeking solutions to problems and improving performance so that the studio is a high performing work environment. Through quick responses, excellent communication, curiosity, creativity, coaching, delegation and follow through you will be responsible for building the success of the business. You are invested in coaching your team through candid conversations to get the job done, improve performance and build a pipeline of skilled leaders. You are also passionate about seeing the company grow and are committed to ensuring exceptional customer service is given at all times grounded in everyday kindness and community spirit. You are proactive to review operations to ensure everything runs effectively and that you are building upon studio profitability. You are integral to the studios success and remain personally invested in your development to fuel yours, the teams and the company’s success.

Key Qualification

- 2+ years of proven ability leading people and has delivered results
- Has proven experience managing operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task within a fast pace setting

Description
As an Assistant Manager, you will learn how to work both within the business (on shifts) and on the business (admin days) to drive top performance. The majority of your schedule will be on shifts where you will be leading the team and assessing quality control of staff and business operations. You are continually developing and directing your team through coaching, feedback and follow through to drive efficiency and effectiveness. As the Assistant, you will also be involved in studio operations to ensure the business runs smoothly across the site and with all equipment. You are quick to respond to any problem and are able to proactively feed forward what is business critical. During admin time, you will support the Studio Manager in people (recruitment, training & development), and support in building scheduling, pulling reports, purchasing and ordering. You will learn how to analyze your business to make positive changes and drive for results. In theabsence of the Studio Manager, you are fully responsible and are passionate about taking on any tasks to ensure business runs as usual and meets company demands.

Additional Requirements
-  Has an aptitude for acquiring skills in reporting to understand how to drive change to improve business costs and profitability
- Delivers feedback with empathy, care and authority to drive results
- Leadership style is confident, authoritative and professional
- You will need to be flexible with your schedule. Working hours will be based on business needs but can start as early as 6am and run as late as 9:00pm.
- Shifts will be scheduled on Mondays to Sundays.
- Experience working within the fitness industry would be desirable but not essential
- Barista experience would be desirable but not essential

FRONT OF HOUSE, Part Time, Clapham

Part time, 10 hour

Key Responsibilities

restocking product, completing walkthroughs of the studio, promptly responding to emails and phone calls and helping housekeeping clean every nook and cranny.

You know how to prioritize and juggle more than one customer at a time while staying conscious of business demands as well as your own. HOUSEKEEPER, All Studios

20-40 Hours Per Week

Psycle is a boutique fitness group with four sites across London. We are looking for an experienced superstar Housekeeper to join our legendary team.

We have a number of vacancies across three of our four sites. These include Mortimer Street, Clapham Junction and Shoreditch.

Your role as Housekeeper is to give exceptional customer service through general upkeep and facility maintenance. You are key to ensuring our studio space looks beautiful, clean and organised at all times.

At Psycle we believe we are stronger together, so we always work as a team! Each day you will work alongside other Housekeepers and our Studio Management teams to make sure general upkeep is maintained alongside any deeper cleans. Cleaning includes but is not limited to: equipment, mopping down floors and surfaces, replenishing towels, hoovering, emptying bins, replenishing amenities and supplies. Areas for cleaning include but are not
limited to: outside entrance of the studio, reception, office, retail area, changing rooms, showers, toilets, drains, waiting area, studios, hallways and back of house. At all times, it is important to adhere to any and all hygiene and health and safety procedures to keep a safe
working environment.

Our studios are busy so you need to have lots of energy and be used to working in a fast
paced environment. You’ll be assisting customers regularly as you work so it’s important
you take a proactive approach to helping others in a friendly manner, reporting any issues
to our Head Housekeeper and/or Studio Management. Last but not least, you are
passionate about your own personal development and remain open to giving and receiving
feedback to fuel yours and the company’s development.

Experience within the fitness industry would be an advantage but is not essential. We can
provide any training that's required.
