The Community & Studio Lead owns the energy of the studio — combining operational excellence with community building, retention, and member connection.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Front of House experience and studio floor energy, creating an elevated
and welcoming environment. - Build strong customer relationships and drive community engagement within the
studio. - Own FOH KPI delivery, including shake sales, walk-through scores, customer
experience standards, NPS, stock levels, customer service inbox, and operational
execution. - Manage FOH operations during shifts, ensuring smooth class transitions and
instructor support, and standards are delivered - Coach, develop, and support FOH teams on shift, leading by example and reinforcing
Psycle standards and values. - Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Partner with Studio Managers or Assistant Managers to maintain high standards,
deliver studio initiatives, and drive team performance. - Step up to cover Studio Manager or Assistant Manager holiday

- P – Performance: Support customer retention, bookings, retail opportunities, and first-timer conversion.
- S – – Service & Standards: Own customer experience and standards, NPS
performance, Zendesk management, walk-throughs and recovery opportunities. - C – Culture: Create a positive team environment, support coaching and
development opportunities, demonstrate Psycle values, and maintain a hands-on
approach to supporting both the team and member experience. - Y – Yield: Ensure customer service processes are efficient and contribute to overall
studio productivity.
Hands-on Expectation
Fully hands-on across all studio operational tasks at all times, including light cleaning, with some admin time set by the line manager.
Expect to do mainly opening or closing shifts, and work at least one weekend day a week.
