Head Office

WEBSITE COORDINATOR

Psycle is looking for a passionate and driven Website Coordinator to join its head office team. Psycle is a boutique fitness group with four sites across London. We have recently migrated to a new CMS and have launched our online platform, Psycle At Home, which has enabled us to bring the infectious energy of our studios into peoples homes. This is an exciting time for the digital arm of our brand and this role is an opportunity to support the team in delivering a best in class digital experience to a loyal community and prospective customers.

Your Mission

You will be a detail oriented website coordinator with 2-5 years experience working within a company where digital is the primary business. You will have a proven track record in maintaining, optimising and supporting digital platforms with a focus on improving quality, experience, satisfaction and retention of customers. You will adopt a ‘can do’ approach to work with no job being too big or small and thrive in a fast-paced environment working within a small team that takes great pride in working to the very highest standards.

Success in the role will stem from your proven experience in the following key areas of the role: 

Being the go-to person for all things website and admin system. This involves:

●  Assisting studio teams with solving customer queries

●  Maintaining the website (i.e. content management)

●  Creating new pages from Psycle’s existing templates

●  Ongoing management of content (eg uploading, tagging)

●  Uploading videos to Psycle At Home/Changing imagery and copy

●  Monitoring overall website ‘health’ (ie bug fixes)

●  Ongoing training on all new developments, briefing teams on changes

Liaising with our external digital agency, ensuring that all tasks / updates happen on time. This includes:

●  Capturing feedback on our admin system from internal stakeholders, working closely with studio teams to ensure their needs are being represented

●  Managing all Teamwork tasks, understanding priorities with our Product Manager

●  Supporting briefing of new features and pages to digital agency

●  Responsible for the initial client-side testing of new features / bug fixes

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the Website Co-ordinator will support the CRM programme, including:

●  Setting up email triggers in the admin system, creating email templates, testing email campaigns

●  Maintaining customer tagging strategy across the admin system and Mailchimp

●  Segmenting and tagging customer databases according to comms plan needs

Your skills and experience

Must Haves

●  Ability to work well under pressure

●  Clear communication skills

●  Team players who enjoy collaborating with a variety of different people

●  2-5 years digital website support experience in a primarily digital company

●  Complete fluency in managing a CMS-based website

●  Computer alliteration with advanced Excel skills, eg sorting, filtering, MATCH, V-LOOKUPS, pivot tables etc

●  Proactive and easily adapts to change

●  Ability to prioritise own workload to deliver to tight deadlines

Nice To Haves

●  Familiarity with Shopify

●  Familiarity with Mailchimp

●  Familiarity with video hosting (ie Vimeo or Youtube) a bonus

●  Bonus to have project management certification

●  Bonus to have Google Analytics Academy certification

●  Complete fluency in at least one mainstream project management software (eg Asana, Basecamp)

●  Basic Photoshop and/or Sketch skills for briefing purposes

We have recently returned to our HQ which is close to Goodge St/Tottenham Court Road. Core hours are 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Studio

STUDIO MANAGER, Mortimer Street

We are looking for an experienced and driven Studio Manager for our flagship studio in the heart of London.

Psycle is a boutique fitness group with four sites across London. Last year we launched our online digital platform, Psycle At Home, which has enabled us to bring the infectious energy of our studios into people’s homes. This was a really exciting time for our brand, however our bricks and mortar sites are still very much important to us. Psycle remains a fast paced and continually evolving business that makes skilled leadership essential to our success.

As our flagship Studio Manager you will be responsible for managing Psycles biggest studio (over 6 Floors) on Mortimer Street, W1. Your role will be a mixture of on shift work and admin days to ensure you have the opportunity to lead from the front whilst also planning for success.

Experience within the fitness industry would be an advantage but is not essential.

Description
Day to day, your role will encompass full ownership of headcount (Front of House & Housekeeping management, development and recruitment), operations (preventative maintenance, liaison with the Operations Manager) and customer service. You will be required to analyze financial and operational performance on a regular basis and work with Regional, Operations and HR Managers to build programs that positively changes the way we manage people, community, customer service, product, operations, reporting and studio profitability. You will also be responsible for management and development of your Assistant Manager, and help to cultivate a team of high performers and potential leaders. You are integral to the Company’s success and remain personally invested in yours, the teams and the company’s success.

Key Qualification
● 3+ years in a management position with proven ability leading people and operations
● Excellent communication skills, especially in performance management
● Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
● Exceptional customer service skills
● Analytical and has proven experience delivering to company initiatives
● Ability to multi-task within a fast pace setting
● Understands how to work with reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel

Key Responsibilities
● Effective operational management of Psycles flagship studio
● Ongoing training, development and resourcing of studio management
● Delivery of studio financial KPI’s
● Delivery of studio cultural KPI’s

Additional Requirements
● Has an aptitude for acquiring skills in reporting to understand how to drive change to improve business costs and profitability
● Delivers feedback with empathy, care and authority to drive results
● Leadership style is confident, authoritative and professional
● Flexible with your schedule. Working hours will be based on business needs but can start as early as 5:30am and run as late as 9:30pm.
