Head Office

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a confident Junior Management Accountant to join our finance team.

Psycle is a boutique fitness group with four sites across London. We also have a digital platform, Psycle At Home, which has enabled us to bring the infectious energy of our studios into people’s homes.

Your Responsibilities 

Financial Control & Management Accounting
- Preparation of the statutory accounts
- Leading the audit
- Invoice processing, and preparing and processing payments runs, this is largely automated
- Processing payroll
- Submission of monthly VAT returns
- Regular balance sheet reconciliations

FP&A
- Preparing, analysis and circulating weekly and monthly sales reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Owning key business analysis and other ad hoc duties as require

Team
- Build financial literacy across the wider business.

- ACA qualified

Studio

STUDIO SUPERVISOR, Part Time, Victoria

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Studio Supervisor for our vibrant Victoria studio. We are offering 25+ hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for an
experienced team leader who’s looking for their next challenge.

Job Summary 

Exceptional customer service, operational excellence, team management and a strong
community spirit within our Psycle studio is pivotal to ensuring we build loyal customers
for life and grow a successful business. It’s your job to support the Studio Manager with the
day to day running of the studio and the team. You will be responsible for managing the studio in their absence and leading the team so that everyone is working efficiently,
effectively and energetically. You are passionate about upholding all standards and delivering results as per company demands to elevate people’s lives and the Psycle
experience. You remain invested in your own personal development and are open to giving and receiving feedback to fuel yours, the teams and business’s achievement.

Your role will be to support the Studio Manager with any additional duties included but not
limited to:

  • Community Marketing 
  • Employee performance support
  • Team building/events
  • Purchasing and ordering
  • Operations
  • Classpass Allocations

HOUSEKEEPER, All Studios

20-40 Hours Per Week

Psycle is a boutique fitness group with four sites across London. We are looking for an experienced superstar Housekeeper to join our legendary team.

We have a number of vacancies across three of our four sites. These include Mortimer Street, Clapham Junction and Shoreditch.

Your role as Housekeeper is to give exceptional customer service through general upkeep and facility maintenance. You are key to ensuring our studio space looks beautiful, clean and organised at all times.

At Psycle we believe we are stronger together, so we always work as a team! Each day you will work alongside other Housekeepers and our Studio Management teams to make sure general upkeep is maintained alongside any deeper cleans. Cleaning includes but is not limited to: equipment, mopping down floors and surfaces, replenishing towels, hoovering, emptying bins, replenishing amenities and supplies. Areas for cleaning include but are not
limited to: outside entrance of the studio, reception, office, retail area, changing rooms, showers, toilets, drains, waiting area, studios, hallways and back of house. At all times, it is important to adhere to any and all hygiene and health and safety procedures to keep a safe
working environment.

Our studios are busy so you need to have lots of energy and be used to working in a fast
paced environment. You’ll be assisting customers regularly as you work so it’s important
you take a proactive approach to helping others in a friendly manner, reporting any issues
to our Head Housekeeper and/or Studio Management. Last but not least, you are
passionate about your own personal development and remain open to giving and receiving
feedback to fuel yours and the company’s development.

Experience within the fitness industry would be an advantage but is not essential. We can
provide any training that's required.

FLEXI STUDIO LEAD, Part Time, Shoreditch

We are looking for a driven leader with proven customer service experience to join our studio team. This role will flex between Front of House shifts and Studio Lead shifts and is therefore a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain the skills and confidence to break into management. Please refer to our Front of House job description for a breakdown of the roles and responsibilities.

Job Summary 

As a team leader, you thrive on responsibility and understand the importance of keeping your team inspired, energetic, happy and focused at work. You are responsible for setting up the day by opening or closing the studio and delegating roles and responsibilities so that everything is well cared for and attended to across the team and business. You are able to keep a 360 awareness of how people are performing to ensure the energy and vibe remains upbeat and professional– from the music to people's body language. 

You are excellent at feeding down or forward communication to ensure the right people are in the know of anything business critical. You are the eyes and ears of our senior studio management team when they are absent and therefore responsible for upholding standards across the studio and team.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Confidently leading a team in a fast paced environment
  • Preparation and set-up of the shift and ensure all daily tasks are completed
  • Support the Studio Supervisor and Studio Manager with everyday management tasks such as ordering and operational walkthroughs
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is being provided throughout the customer journey from sign-in, class set up, Energy Kitchen and after class
  • Be an expert on our products and procedures offering guidance, knowledge and tips about who we are as a company, our concepts, instructors and events
  • Training and updating our team on product knowledge and updates
  • Ensuring the studio space, including changing rooms and Energy Kitchen, is clean with exceptional hygiene standards
  • Reporting operational issues and supporting  with the operational needs of the studio, including but not limited to deliveries, helping with Housekeeping, stocktake 
  • Take action in each moment to make it count
