Welcome to Psycle! Our classes are suitable for all ability and experience levels. We offer intro classes and workshops for some of our workouts throughout the year, so make sure to keep an eye on the timetable. It’s recommended that you do 150 mins of cardiovascular exercise per week, so we encourage you to come at least 3 times per week to maximise the benefits you’ll experience. You’ve got this! The 3-class Starter Pack is valid for 3 weeks and the two-week Unlimited Experience is valid for 2 weeks and can be used across all classes and locations. Please note, these credits cannot be extended after expiry. If you have purchased the two week Unlimited Intro offer and miss a class you will be charged a £15 no-show fee. For late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class), an £8 charge will apply. If you cancel a class more than 12 hours in advance, your credit will be returned to your account for future bookings.
To get started, create a Psycle account here. To book a class, you'll need credits in your account. You can purchase these through pay-as-you-go credit bundles or opt for a monthly membership, offering 5 to unlimited classes per month. Once you've got your credits, simply head to the timetable, choose your studio, and book your preferred class. Most classes require one credit, though special events or longer sessions, like "90 Minute Ride", may require more. If you have a Guest Credit, you can bring a friend on us - simply book two spaces in a class, with no extra cost for the second spot. The best way to see and feel the benefits of your workout is to come as often as you can, which is why credits have an expiry date. You can see the expiry date for credits in the My Psycle "Credit History" section of your account.
Please arrive between five and 15 minutes before class. Head to the reception desk and the team will tell you everything you need to know. Please be aware, that if you're running late and your class has started, we won't be able to let you in to avoid disrupting others.
