Tickets can be purchased through our website. You must first login or create a Psycle account. Once purchased, your ticket will appear in your account and you'll be able to book a space in classes.
No - classes can only be booked with a Psycle Worldwide ticket.
Yes. Your ticket includes a set number of class spaces based on your tier and you can use up to two spaces in the same class.
Here's how it works:
• A 1-class ticket = 1 space in 1 class
• A 2-class ticket = 2 spaces across different classes, or both in the same class
• A 3-class ticket = any combination of 3 spaces, with a maximum of 2 per class
Tickets that include more than one of the same Ride experience may be shared with another person and both guests will be able to gain entry to The lululemon Lounge. Please note that each ticket only includes one gift from lululemon and one Psycle Worldwide goodie bag.
Tickets can be refunded up to 14-days post purchase. If you have passed this period, your ticket may be transferred to another person with a My Psycle account.
To request a refund or a ticket transfer, please contact worldwide@psyclelondon.com with your full name and ticket confirmation details.
Yes - Psycle Worldwide classes have a 7-day cancellation policy. Cancel at least 7 days before your class and the credit returns to your account to use on another Psycle Worldwide class. Cancel within 7 days and the credit is forfeited. If you can't make it, please cancel so someone else can take your place.
Please bring comfortable workout classes and a water bottle. We will provide cleated cycling shoes and sweat towels.
Our changing rooms have fresh towels, showers and luxury skincare and hair products.
Absolutely. Psycle Worldwide is open to all experience levels and our team will be on hand throughout the weekend to help you feel comfortable and supported.
We welcome photos and videos before and after class. To maintain the experience for all riders, we ask that phones are not used inside the Ride studio once class has begun.
Please note, a photographer and videographer will be capturing content throughout the weekend. By attending Psycle Worldwide, you consent to your image being used across Psycle and partner social and digital channels.
