With a squishy ball, medium resistance band and gliders, all in a tote bag, it contains everything you’ll need for the ultimate Barre workout. 

What are gliders?

Glider workouts use round gliding discs to intensify your workout. Gliders use your body weight as resistance and ensure the muscles are working under constant tension throughout the entire movement, to tone and sculpt the whole body. Our gliders are 18cm in diameter and are lightweight and compact, making them easy to transport and are ideal for use in the home, at the gym or whilst travelling.

Please note, balls come deflated and can be inflated with a standard pump.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at feedback@psyclelondon.com with full details of your order. We will then send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    *Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) socks and water bottles. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
