A 50-minute Lagree Megaformer class designed for those new to Psycle Megaformer or looking to refine their technique. This supportive and intentionally paced class focuses on the foundations of the method. Through controlled movement and clear coaching, you’ll build strength, stability and confidence while developing a strong understanding of form, alignment and technique.
