This fierce 55-minute full-body reformer-based workout is all about executing strong-and-steady moves that reshape your body, realign your posture and release your stress.
WHAT TO BRING
Along with your regular workout kit, you’ll do the class wearing grippy socks. They’re obligatory so we ask you either bring your own or purchase a Psycle pair at reception.
HOW TO CHECK IN
Arrive between five and 15 minutes before class (only you know how long it takes you to get workout ready but once the class has started we can’t open the studio doors!)
As we want every Psycle class to be your body-and-mind space, we’re strictly phone-free in the studio so leave it in a locker and enjoy some uninterrupted you time.
WORKING OUT WITH A +1?
Unfortunately, Reform-X isn’t suitable during pregnancy, due to the high intensity and pace of the class. But, keep your eyes peeled on our timetable as we will be offering classes that are suitable during pregnancy soon.
If you still want to feel the burn, and you’ve got the all-clear from your doctor to exercise, check out our Barre classes - just give your instructor a heads up pre-workout.
What socks do I need?
For health and safety reasons grippy socks must be worn at all times, no socks no entry!
Forgot your socks? No worries, these can be purchased in studio.
Is there an age limit?
No one under 18 is able to attend.
IMPORTANT: After class
After class all customers must reset their bed (attach all springs) and wipe down their bed (carriage, shoulder rest and foot bar) with spays provided.

I'm postnatal, can I attend?
Anyone postnatal must have been signed off by their medical practitioner before attending.
