This fierce 55-minute full-body reformer-based workout is all about executing strong-and-steady moves that reshape your body, realign your posture and release your stress.

Fundamentals

A class aimed to get you used to the equipment, base movements and principles of pilates. It’s taught at a slower pace with the aim to gain a better understanding of the class and flow.

Advanced

For those who’ve attended at least 20 signature classes, can hold form and are aware of movements. A faster paced class with more advanced movements and routine.
