All memberships have a 3 month minimum term. Psycle 10 members will receive 5 Guest Passes, Psycle 15 members will receive 10 Guest Passes and Psycle Unlimited will receive 15 Guest Passes upon sign up.

RIDE

Ride is a rhythm-based experience that unites movement, music and mindset. With the beat driving every push and the energy of the room fuelling every challenge, Ride takes you further than you ever could alone.

BARRE

Our modern take on Barre sculpts muscle and builds endurance through small, controlled movements. Expect precision, intensity and the mental focus to push through the burn.

REFORMER

Reformer redefines traditional Pilates. This full-body workout blends resistance and control, building power, balance and the ability to stay present under pressure.

YOGA

Yoga blends movement, music and breathwork to create a truly immersive experience. It’s a balance of softness and intensity, designed to leave you grounded, connected and energised.

INFRARED AT BANK

Our Bank studio is home to Psycle’s first infrared workout space, purpose-built to elevate both your training and your recovery. The heat works deep below the surface, enhancing circulation, boosting recovery and promoting mental clarity. It’s fitness, fired up, with long-term benefits for body and mind.

Our infrared space hosts two brand-new classes: Infrared Sculpt, our Barre and Strength hybrid designed to go deeper and burn harder, and Infrared Release, a slow, restorative class created to help you reset.

FACILITIES

You’ll find luxury changing rooms stocked with Sachajuan products, GHD dryers and straighteners, plus fresh towels for both workouts and showers. Cleated shoes for Ride are provided at no extra cost and our front-of-house team is always on hand to help.

ENERGY KITCHEN

Post-class, head to the Energy Kitchen. Our plant-based shakes are designed to support recovery and boost energy - crafted to nourish both body and mind, and help you carry the post-class feeling into whatever comes next.

When can I book classes?

Booking for Psycle Bank opens on Monday 14th April. You'll be able to book classes up to Tuesday 6th May during our opening window. After that, bookings open every Monday at 12pm for the following week. Want to book earlier? Purchase an Extended Booking Credit to plan up to two weeks in advance.

What do I need to bring?

Just your workout gear. We provide fresh towels, Sachajuan products, GHD dryers and straighteners. For Ride, cleated shoes are complimentary (or you can bring your own). Grippy socks are required for Reformer and our Infrared classes, available at reception if needed.

How early should I arrive?

Arrive at least 15 minutes before class to check in and get set up. If you arrive less than 4 minutes before the start time, you won’t be admitted for safety reasons.

Can I order a shake for after class?

Absolutely. Let the team know when you arrive, and we’ll have it ready and waiting post-class.

What do I need to know about Psycle’s Infrared classes?

Infrared Sculpt and Infrared Release are exclusively available at Psycle Bank - our only studio with a purpose-built infrared workout space, heated to 37°C using infrared technology. Grip socks are mandatory for safety and stability, and can be purchased at reception if needed. Please note: Infrared classes are not suitable during pregnancy. If you're expecting, speak to our team for alternative class options.

Can I train while pregnant?

Yes, with a few exceptions. Please speak to your doctor first and let our team and coach know before class. For Barre and Yoga, we’ll ask you to sign our prenatal consent form, available at reception. To keep you and your baby safe, we are unable to accommodate pregnancy in the following classes: Reformer, all Infrared classes, Deep Burn, Abs & Arms, and Glide & Sculpt. Sound Bath classes are also not suitable during the first trimester.

How old do I need to be?

You must be 14+ to attend Ride and Yoga, 16+ for Barre and 18+ for Reformer. Under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
